Its nice to converse in a different language even if you make no sense...
14th February 2008
Wohoo! Had a date with a Japanese man! Wahaha! His name is Iwami Seiji! And he's so cute! I love his antics and he is really talented. He only started his drawing career or interest [cant remember] only at the age of 21! He's successful and has been touring different countries to promote his profession! He has his way with kids and is really dedicated with his work! The thing is, he cannot speak much of English but i am glad i know a bit of japanese.
Oh, did i mention he was from Osaka? So imagine how happy i was to hear a true Osaka with his accent! I did converse japanese with him. One of it and which was only towards the end was, "Ano, isshoni sashin de...?"
And he replied, "Ah!" And he keeps nodding.

So that is Iwami-sensei! A lecturer teaching character and animation in an Osaka Arts University! I love his Osaka accent! Hahaha! It was a rare day for me to converse japanese with an actual japanese! *smiles blissfully*
15th February 2008Today was a fun fun fun but yet tiring tiring tiring day! Okay, i finally had some catching up with Su! We hadn't the time to interact, just hi and bye but i am glad today we did! Thanks to history class! It was really boring i might say, the lesson that is. But what happened before that was fun~ Talked to Su all the way from the train station to the CMS and talked abt how silly Fitry was with his friendster testimonial! Hahah!
But the most fun thing was what happened after that! We had a mass lecture with class 2B to learn about lighting! Both can be applied for photography photoshoot and audio visual production [film] shoot!
We learnt how to place the 3 light source, the key light, the fill light and the back light! So after the boring tutorial, we had hands on!! THAT WAS THE FUN PART! It was really fun! We took turns to take 2-3 photos each of you friend and vice versa! I got Alex to shoot me and he made fun of me!!! I was sooo ready, with poses and all and he keeps saying, "Smile ar! Okay now smile!" But he still hasnt click the shutter! Then he goes again, "Smile ar!"
LOL~ Damn you! I laughed so hard then he shot, and the result was my BIG and i mean BIG smile which isnt much of a pleasant sight! THANKS AR ALEX! LOL! Sorry Ronnie you had to be our victim of bullying! We didn't mean any harm! Its a good opportunity to bind don;t you think?! Wahahha!
Now i really understand why Multimedia [MM] is a course that was initially more expensive then VC...they purchased Digital SLR for us students to loan, purchased an expenisve camera for studio photoshoot [those kind like in jrock photoshoot eg, GazettE, alice nine. etc], purchased dolly, and video cameras...all for the purpose of shooting a film! Fun la can?!
I always thought VC was more fun than MM but now i think MM is hell lotta fun than VC! We have bigger studios to shoot, many facilities for it and its more interactive than VC. We have film, animation and interactive media design which is not easy i must say but the process is fun amidst all the sweat and sleepless nights! I won't envy VC anymore because in NAFA we are trained in all fields! Even in MM we learn Graphic Design [part of VC] so where's the loss?!
The photoshoot was really fun! Everyone got together and laughed at funny and silly images! Hahaha~ But our lesson continues....a short presentation for photography and that was it. Fun yet tiring day...i lost a day of sleep and i need to catch up on it....
FINALLY submitted my drawing storyboard! Now must do motion! Tracing time! Wohoo! Tough but i will try my best!
Ouh yea, after this whole tiring day and after i got to meet ***, i was happy yet feel so desperate...i wonder what he thinks of me now....i sometimes hate what i do just to make a person notice me and in the end, i backed out...whatever~ He can think whatever he want and as for me, i think anticipating each day hoping to bump into him is enough.
So then i decided to take the green line and accompany Fanah~ And on the way, we conversed in Japanese! It makes sense at some point and for words i don't know, i used malay or english! Lol~ we were talking so loudly and laughing in the train all the while conversing in Japanese! People were looking at us and must be wondering if we are really Japanese or wannabes?!!!
HAHA!
Fun, fun, fun yet tiring tiring tiring day....
I think i am not going to dwell on you and just let this feeling go because i know you are way too beyond my reach...
